Refund policy

Should you wish to return goods please email us within 14 days of receipt to crystalhideawaytiktok@gmail.com telling us of your intention. You then have 14 days from the day you contact us to return the goods. When retuning goods please send by 'Royal Mail Signed For' to the address below in the same condition that you received them. Once we receive the returned items we will check the condition of the products, once the conditions have been checked and passed, we will then issue a refund.

Please note:

✅ Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

✅ If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Claims & Holds Policy

All claimed items are a commitment to purchase. Once an item has been claimed, paid for and held, it is reserved exclusively for you and removed from sale.

For this reason, refunds are not offered on paid and held claims.

 

At Crystal Hideaway we work hard to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched promptly. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are unfortunately beyond our direct control.


We kindly ask all customers to allow 10 full working days from the date of dispatch before reporting a parcel as missing or requesting a replacement or refund.


This policy is in place because:

✅ Couriers sometimes experience delays due to high demand, weather, or operational issues.

✅ Most delayed parcels are delivered within 10 working days.

✅ It allows us to properly investigate with the courier if your parcel still hasn’t arrived.


How it works:

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent.

From that date, please allow 10 working days for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please contact us at crystalhideawaytiktok@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
